If you wish to cancel your services, you must send a support ticket to us. If your notice of cancellation is not received before your invoice due date, you will be liable for payment of the invoice.

Account cancellations are not automatic.
Please note that simply transferring your files to another provider does not consist of an account termination with us. You will need to notify us (using the form listed above) so that we can delete your files and discontinue billing for your account.
